In 2007, we became the first and leading behavioral analytic and educational provider to provide up to 30 hours of in-home treatment services by our very own employed ABA therapists in the Collin County area. Each therapist is screened, interviewed and background checks are conducted regularly. Intense training is provided to every therapist to ensure their overall knowledge of each client and their implementation of programs are monitoring frequently. Every therapist brings a wealth of knowledge as they have all graduated with a bachelor degree in behavior analysis, psychology, early child-hood development, occupational therapy, speech therapy or special education; or they maybe pursuing a graduate degree in one of the above areas as well.
At C4CS, we utilize the principles of ABA to develop behavior intervention programs that are individualized, comprised of measurable data and objective criteria to yield positive results for children. We are able to break down the most complex skills by rearranging the environment to help children "learn to learn" and teach skills in successive steps toward an ultimate goal. These skills include, but are not limited to: language, play/leisure, social, motor, self-help and pre-academic skills.
All of our staff bring a wealth of knowledge from their diverse experiences with children with autism spectrum disorders in varying capacities. Therapists employed receive ongoing training and demonstrate an unyielding commitment not only to our organization but also to the clients we serve. |
